No I didnt...

... ask for an extension! This can only mean I got my final TMA done for this academic year! WOO-HOO! Once finished on Sunday, I ended up seeing Lillie who was at her Daddy's. Lillie was busy watching a Harry Potter DVD and I got to watch an old time classic dance movie from the 80s... 'Breakin' - AKA Breakdance'. Brought back heaps of memories from my teenage years and being part of a particular dance culture that certainly made history and is still on the scene these days!

Yesterday was quite a day for 'needing' to get things done - Louis' tax form needed attention and he has also made the decision that he will find a job closer to home - Though I think he is staying with his current 'mentor' until he has found another. Ideally, he would like another placement with an Electrician, but is prepared to have something else while he waits. This wont affect his 2nd year at college, which Louis sees as more important at this stage. As for me I sent my TMA off and returned a form that was long overdue! Managed to take Lillie to the park in the afternoon - I returned home earlier than Lillie, she stayed at her Daddy's for a couple of hours longer.

Today, Lillie coloured a picture of a knight on horseback and another of Queen Elizabeth II for her 'Castles & Palaces' project. We also had a good clear out around Lillie's activity area. It soon builds up - we saved the pictures Lillie regarded as her 'best' ones and recycled the rest. Marie popped over for a chat and to check that she had got Lillie the correct ice lollies yesterday. Of course Lillie was pleased with them - she cant wait to have another tomorrow, lol... We got out an old time classic reading book tonight - 'Tell me something happy before I go to sleep'. Lillie was overjoyed as this little gem is a beautiful story perfect for bedtimes.
