The sun is shining!
Lillie and I took advantage of the fine weather yesterday by taking a stroll to our local garden centre. Lillie had some money to spend, so decided she would like some plants for her flower patch. I also treated her to a conifer that she chose, but didnt have enough money for. How could I refuse seeing as she is showing increasing amounts of enthusiasm for her own little space in the garden? When we returned home, it was straight out in to the garden to get to work. It was a joint effort and Lillie did really well. We added the 'windflowers' seedlings that she has been growing on the windowsill to her patch as well as sowed tomato seeds and various herbage ones in to pots. They are currently under a little poly tunnel with a sunflower while the weather is nice.
