Before I reveal some of today's events I would like to refer back to another posting where I mentioned Lillie has been practising spelling/writing some family names. The pic below shows just how well she is doing. The last three names still need a little prompting but of course with more practise Lillie will soon be asking for some more names to add to the ones shown...
Again we have some more of Lillie's written work - the piece below was done today. I helped Lillie with the spellings by sounding out each letter for her. Although there are some words she can spell from reading stories & playing word flashcard games.
The goldfish at the top of the pics below is 'Stephanie' & the other is 'Ziggy'. The names Lillie chose were taken from one of her favourite TV programmes - 'Lazytown'.
The next two pics are of our winter flowering plants that we potted on Tuesday & are located at the front of our house for all to see!!
