Tuesday 9th - Friday 12th September 2008

Its been a busy two weeks, hence my not updating this blog in the evenings... The pics below show some of the activities Lillie has been involved in. Other activities included reading, writing - practising family names went well. Lillie can now write Mummy, Daddy, Becky, Joe, Louis without any prompting. Rosie, Chelsea & Billy with just a little guidance. Numeracy, dancing, science - more discussions on living things, a plants life story, senses, diet & pet care were also covered. A few games of Bingo, Dominoes & Guess Who? were played! Lillie has also been given the responsibility of taking care of her room - making her bed, hoovering and general tidying away. Household chores also extend to helping me loading/unloading the washing machine, putting away the laundry and food shopping. All Lillie needed to make a door hanger for her bedroom!
Coming along nicely!
The finished and rather snazzy looking door hanger!
No, not face paints! But felt tipped pens! Thank goodness they are washable!
The start of the puppet clothing...
And some hats & clown noses!
Lillie cracking on!
Some taped craft sticks - now just a little blu-tak needed to attach the costumes...
The first set finished!

The first week using a timetable proved helpful and breaking the day up into tasks seemed more beneficial to us rather than just going with the flow. But does it stay that way?
