'Butterflies & Flowers' by Lillie.Lillie & I both keep a journal. Mine has recently become this one! However, its nothing like Lillie's! Her one can be looked at anytime & doesnt need to be plugged in! Lillie's journal is mostly a collection of photos, art work, information leaflets of places we have visited, a poem, cinema stubs, stickers & a little writing by Lillie & a little bit more by me displayed in a bright pink folder! She views it regulary & she calls it her 'all about me book'. This was the first 'theme' we begun & being a journal it will definitely be an on-going activity throughout the years!
The idea behind Lillie having her own journal is to show her that she has an identity - that who she is & what she does is valued & that she can also learn to value herself & others. More than anything, they are her memories to look back on & cherish....
