Lottie and Footie

Despite the not so good weather today, Lillie and I still visited our allotment - our plan to start the installation of the wildlife pond didn't occur. However, we got plenty else done. Two very pleased girlies left the site feeling content and enjoyed the walk there and back home too. Update posted on our allotment blog done too - http://gettingtoknowlottie.blogspot.co.uk/

Our evening was spent watching our team play the final against Benefica for the Europa Trophy. The game was edge of the seat viewing and some annoyed moments coming from us both! That's football for you but for the most part and especially in the 90th minute, Chelsea scored avoiding extra time being played and winning the game! Oh, yes we are currently trophy holders of two European Cups, even if it's just for a short while.

So, far we have qualified for Champions League next year, But, not wise to celebrate that just yet as there could be a play off match against Arsenal for the Blues. Fingers X'd it won't come to that!!

Lillie managed to watch the whole game - but soon retired to bed just after 10pm knowing we have secured some silverware this season. So, two very happy and proud Chelsea fans here. Happy days!!
